I, , a volunteer participant, agree to waive and release all claims and indemnify and hold the Manitowoc County Airport, MARI, and Lakeshore Aviation, their directors, employees, agents and contractors, their successors and assigns, harmless from any and all demands, claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, whether for property damage, personal injury, theft, wrongful death or otherwise, without limitation arising out of or resulting from participation in the Thunder on the Lakeshore event being held at Manitowoc County Airport. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or written account of this event.
